“My personal mission is to be a resource to executives, organizations, and individuals and to help them believe in themselves and to recognize their value and the importance of leading right where they are. Run your own race so that you can help others…fill your bucket so that you can pour into others, and be the brightest light you can be so that you can light the way for others.”
